Data processed

SecureServe processes files, filenames, access links, account details, and admin settings that users upload or configure in the service.

Storage and sharing

File contents are stored on the SecureServe server selected and operated by the customer. Share links are generated only for files or upload requests that an authorized user creates. Customers control their server, users, retention settings, and deletion of stored files.

Payments

Subscription checkout and billing are processed by Stripe. SecureServe does not receive or store complete payment card numbers. Stripe may process billing contact, payment, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy policy.

Service records

SecureServe may process installation identifiers, subscription status, support messages, and limited technical records needed to provide licensing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention and security

Local file and audit retention is controlled by the customer’s configuration. Billing and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute, security, and legal purposes. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information controlled by SecureServe, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Customers are responsible for responding to requests involving data stored on their own SecureServe server.
